(domiciled at De Andres 111, El Cristo, Atlixco, Puebla, Mexico, C.P. 74294) -hereinafter "SOLDIG"-, in its capacity as responsible and in accordance with the principles of information, consent and purpose contained in the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (the Law), makes available to you this Privacy Notice in order for you to give your informed consent.

I. PURPOSES OF TREATMENT

"SOLDIG", will treat your personal data to send you information regarding the products and / or services offered, process and execute your commercial and informational requests, interact with third parties and manage your account. The data we will process includes:

Identification Data: Name, email, address, cell phone and institutional link.
Financial Data: Account number, income and expenses, and tax status before the Internal Revenue Service.

In order to protect your personal data, "SOLDIG" will categorize the information in its legitimate possession and will adopt the physical, legal and technological measures according to the nature of the data and conditions of consent.
